Return policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. You can get a full refund (less shipping costs) as long as the product is returned in good condition within 30 days. If the product was damaged in original shipment or there is a defect in the craftsmanship or construction, we will refund the total cost of the product including return shipping. Custom imprinted items may not be returned unless they are defective.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned items in good condition that were ordered by mistake or no longer wanted.

How do I return my items?

Please repack return items in original packaging (include the Packing Slip or Sales Receipt) and ship all returns to the following address:

If you do not have your Packing Slip or Sales Receipt, please include the following with your returned merchandise:

  • The first and last name used to place the order

  • Your phone number to contact you for any necessary additional information

  • Reason for the exchange or return
