Return policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. You can get a full refund (less shipping costs) as long as the product is returned in good condition within 30 days. If the product was damaged in original shipment or there is a defect in the craftsmanship or construction, we will refund the total cost of the product including return shipping. Custom imprinted items may not be returned unless they are defective.

How do I return my items?

Please repack return items in original packaging (include the Packing Slip or Sales Receipt) and ship all returns to the following address:

If you do not have your Packing Slip or Sales Receipt, please include the following with your returned merchandise:

  • The first and last name used to place the order

  • Your phone number to contact you for any necessary additional information

  • Reason for the exchange or return
